Walmart is one of the world’s fastest growing online marketplaces, with businesses large and small launching on Walmart to bolster brand awareness and sales volume.
Before you begin listing on Walmart, you will need to apply to sell on Walmart. Refer to Walmart’s Guide to selling on Walmart Marketplace for more information.
Once you have been approved to sell on Walmart marketplace, follow the below steps to connect your Walmart account via Shopify Marketplace Connect.
I have my Walmart seller credentials
Marketplace Connect home screen > Connect marketplaces > Walmart
You will need to enter the following information in this popup window (see further below for where to retrieve this information from your Walmart account).
Click “Connect Walmart” to finish connecting your account.

Where to find my seller credentials
Go to https://developer.walmart.com/generateKey
Click "Marketplace"
Login to your Walmart account
Add New Key for A Solution Provider
Choose "Shopify Marketplace Connect" from the drop-down and click 'next'.
Turn on "Full Access" for all feed types (note 'Feeds: Get Feeds' and 'Reports' should be set to 'ViewOnly') and click 'submit'.
The new key pair (ClientID and Client Secret) will appear in the list of production keys
Click the "eye" to show the key, then copy and paste the ClientID and Client Secret into Shopify Marketplace Connect modal (stage 2 above) and click 'Connect Walmart'.
Begin listing your products!
